Blazer

In Prince of Wales, tartan or houndstooth, double-breasted or single-breasted, short or long, fitted or oversized, we can't do without a good blazer. How about you?

The blazer is an absolutely essential piece in a woman's wardrobe, just like jeans and a pair of sneakers. Everyone should have several, with different patterns and materials depending on the occasion. We can't do without, it's the basis of the French woman's wardrobe, the semi-casual piece that makes our signature look, naturally chic.
Women's blazers are versatile and stylish garments that can be worn for any occasion. Whether you're dressing for a formal event or dressing for a casual night out, an oversized or well-tailored blazer can elevate even the simplest outfit.
For a formal occasion, such as a job interview, opt for a sober, plain model, to wear over a cotton or silk shirt. Our favorites are navy blue or plain wool. For a special occasion, such as a wedding, let yourself be tempted by a style in houndstooth or sequins. For a more fashionable version, we opt for the very chic leather blazers, which can dress up a rock t-shirt or a knitted top in wool or cashmere. Finally, for an evening, elevate your look by wearing it on the shoulders over a long silk dress or a slip dress.
Another reason women's blazers are so popular is their ability to flatter a variety of body types. With crossed buttoning, it emphasizes the waist and gives a very sophisticated look. Single-breasted can be worn open over a sweatshirt. Cropped blazers are more flattering on shorter women as it elongates the silhouette. Longer blazers are best for taller women.
Our all-purpose uniform? A double-breasted blazer, Levi's jeans, a pair of sneakers and a luxury baguette bag.
