Magnificent black cotton top. There is a large neckline with large ruffles that go all the way to the bottom. The top closes at the front with hooks between the ruffles. The sleeves also have ruffles. The edge of the ruffles is raw cut. The back is simple. From the Binicci brand. Made in France. Vintage Marked 48 but corresponds in my opinion to a current 46
