It is then printed with a wooden block, respecting Indian craftsmanship. Block printing is an ancestral skill from Rajasthan in western India. It consists of manually printing the fabric using hand-carved wooden stamps. The block printing technique using natural dyes is called Bagru, named after the village where it originated. Our hair bandanas are handcrafted by artisans; the small imperfections that may appear on our printed fabrics attest to the fruit of careful manual craftsmanship.
