Authentic Scottish kilt, in real tartan, hand-pleated, side closure with 2 genuine leather straps, wallet shape, Velcro inside to hold the fabric, permanent pleats at the back from the hips, large pin to attach to the front. Vintage UK size 12 but suitable for current size 36. NB high waist up to 37 cm maximum (possible to reduce it because the velcro can move if necessary and the straps can be adjusted).
