Hand-sewn US silk ball gown. Black silk velvet and purple taffeta. Features a zipper with clasp at the back and press studs in the sleeves to attach them to the bra (the seamstress has really thought of everything!).

Condition : -

Defects : The dress is entirely hand sewn and dates from the 80s so some small imperfections are to be expected: the sleeves are not exactly the same down to the millimeter, a sewing thread is visible on one of the sleeves, the velvet is slightly damaged at the zipper and slit on the back (look at the photos).
